At Matrix Security (UK) Limited we believe a Security Officer should be an
extension of, and a credit to, the client company; not a separate entity. We
believe he or she should
be the cornerstone of any corporate security scheme, far removed from the night
watchman of yesteryear, and unless he or she is well trained and versed in their
duties, no amount of sophisticated security hardware will prevent losses.
Matrix pre-empts all offers to provide a service with a thorough, in-depth Risk
Evaluation of all sites, working closely with the client’s specifications and
requirements in addition to assessing those potential areas of concern not
always apparent to the client. The resultant survey then forms the specific
Assignment Instructions; the contractual duties that will be carried out by the
security personnel as agreed or decreed by the client.
Matrix personnel are trained to a standard that by far exceeds the current
recommended Government standards, many of our officers are trained to
Professional Guard level within the Security Industries Training Organisation (SITO).
Backed up by constant on-site supervision and frequent Managerial visits, we
maintain the flexibility to change or adapt to any given circumstances,
resulting in what we believe to be a superlative, incomparable service.
 By request our
manned guarding services can currently be witnessed within a number of high
profile sites. Matrix requires that wherever possible, 4 weeks notice is given
to the commencement of any contract in order that the recruitment, training and
other operational procedures can be completed and approved and agreed assignment
instructions formulated.
Matrix Security (UK) Limited surveys all sites to ensure they have basic Health
and Safety issues to hand, in order that our officers have toilet facilities and
the use of a working area that has heating, lighting and communication.
